Yeah, Dream is pretty good. But I think Gucci could also be up there. ImSoFly is also good, one person has 220k gp i heard
It got wiped when GPQ was removed and was never changed to work with the guild updates.
Answer to the other question: whichever guild is the oldest that still has active members.
