Creating a Forum

Hello everyone. I'm trying to create a forum like basil's but I really don't know anything about computers or html related stuff. Can anyone give me hints or advice on how to do so? Thanks in advance, I appreciate you taking your time to enlightening the ignorant o.o

No, what I mean by this is that I would like to create a forum that is easy to edit/access and one that is not lame-looking, or boring. I'm creating an english website for Soul Saver Online because I thought that would help attract the attention of more players and I happen to find this type of forum really engaging.

It's not hard if you just use a forum engine/host as they already have most of the work done for you and have tools for customizing it the way you want. I can't think of any off the top of my head right now, but there's a lot to choose from that don't require advanced programming knowledge.
