My accounting teacher

So basically, my teacher constantly gives me lectures about how I'm always talking back to her in class or trying to be a "smart ass," even when it's me just correcting a mistake that she's done. Ever since these constant after-school speeches, she's always been looking for a way to drop my mark. She began to nitpick borderline mistakes and taking out marks because of it (e.g she says she couldn't see one of my underlines for my total although it was hidden due to the dark black ink from the printer EVEN though it was clearly there). That in turn dropped my mark from a 100 to 98. Next, we've recently just completed one of our unit tests. At one point, I decided to combine Office Equipment and Furniture into one account as the question did not provide us with a chart of accounts (one of the tests we've done had an account with office equipment and furniture merged so I thought this would be the best way to do it). ALSO, I asked her if she'd deduct marks If I did so DURING the test and she said she wouldn't. When getting the test back, I realized I've gotten more than half of the section wrong because of this. However, when looking over to one of my friends who sits near me, he's gotten the marks for doing the same thing as me. When I confronted her after-school, she told me that she won't give me my marks but instead, she'll deduct marks from everyone else who made the same mistake. 2 weeks later, I still don't have my marks, everyone else in the class who made the same mistake does, and my average took another hit. When confronting her again, she said the same thing she said last time but I'm pretty sure she won't be deducting marks from anyone in the class. I don't really think my marks should be taking these hits because of a behavioural issue she might have with me if all of my assessments are done correctly. It seems like she's only doing this to me (hence classmates not losing marks for the same mistake). I've tried getting my mother to talk to her about it but she just disregards it. What do you guys suggest I do? :

My bad i miss took that sentence. I thought you said "I put it into different categories". Well you can show that to the guidance counselor and they can take it up too the teacher or someone with power. Show them your test and show them actual fact that it was right and they'll make her change the grade.

@x3vilx: the point isnt to get removed. The point of reporting her is so that she fixes your grade and is held responsible for her actions.

I've though about that but:

1) I doubt she'd get removed so I'd likely have her for the rest of the semester in which she could do the same thing but make it more subtle.

2) I can't drop out of the class at this point since it's pass midterm.

Dude, teachers don't give a single **** about their students. Don't talk back to her anymore, just make sure you know what you are doing. And when you are done with her class and marks are final. Tell her off?
