Quick question, can these cubes make an item go from 2l to 3l? I've used a lot and my item isn't turning 3l.. bad luck or intentional?

ok ty, that's kinda lame :
They can't.
But theres gold awakening stamps in the event shop for 60 coins so those have a 80% chance to give it a 3rd line.
