I'm so confused So many sources told me that DBs can get the Cygnus Knight skill Vampire from the Lunar Dew quest.. I even have the quest but I just cannot get them to drop. I've done 8 hours of 2x drop and not one even dropped. After I finished both 2x Drop Cards my friend told me that DBs can get the quest but not the Dews, and that only normal Explorers can. Personally I think that I just wasted my time. I don't think that the low drop rate is the case because my other friend got all his 20 in 4 hours of 1x. Are DBs able or unable to get the skill?

Black Napoleon: 1 DEX 1 LUK (+2) 3 slots. - Potentialed*Rare 2 Lined. 6 DEX, +25 MP potential. Total Stats- 7 DEX 1 LUK 3 slots. Rex's Blue Earrings: 3 DEX 4 LUK 10% HP Clean 5 slots.
