how many hits does it do per second btw ?

Well my Kanna is at about 27K~30K and I hit close to 100K every time (with Mighty Shikigami). I only have moderate funding (clean emp set, but not robe and fan) and a timeless fan which I made purely from Sengoku Coins. I also have some of the Mystic accessory pieces and a 6% INT earring. Besides that, that's about all the funding I have. I'm at lv180 right now, so that plays a factor. Essentially, as long as you have a couple hundred million you can spend to get books and some decent equips, you can easily hit 100K per line. Now if you want a 100K range, that's a different story...
