Are there certain things that shouldnt be deleted that i need for my computer to run

start > control panel > add or remove devices.
Basically anything that says 'rarely' on the right side should be removed since youre obviously rarely using it, unless its a process, then dont touch it.
Delete/uninstall anything you're not using.
