i just bought 3% dex +8 dex earrings for 5 mil... that added 20 dex to my stats

I am level 79 now and i bought a maple Pyrope Crow with 89 atk clean, might scroll that and i got a blue raven 92 atk clean , my range with the Pyrope is like 14xx~22xx now which is pretty good, another question i have is , i am maxing blizzard first since i can freeze mobs before they hit me so it wont be a pot burner ... will that be okay ?

You'd want to consider a new Xbow, but it's not something you should actively pursue. If you must, get a new weapon for sure, since you said yours is only 88 attack: my clean Nishada is already 84. However, Grossjaegers are a bit hard to look for since they're not really marketed. Wait a few levels for a Pyrope Crow at 77, or be more thrifty and get a Marine or Dark Raven at 80. You can get a Raven's Eye for the looks if you really want to. With 30mil, you probably might not be able to afford a decently-scrolled weapon, so you may want to consider self-scrolling with 60's. However, that few attack won't make a huge deal at these levels. Just learn to adapt to Sniper and figure out your style of play.
Besides, at your level, you'll be at Jesters, most likely. Whether you train in the Toy Room or the Chimney, Arrow Eruption is your best friend. You really won't notice a difference in attack anyways since the amount of hits it takes will be just about the same no matter what.
