Pretty much what he said^^^^^. They just come with different clothing. Deluxe having the black maid dress and regular having the blue one (fantastical and princessoid have that pastel pink/white one). Also I've read around that only princessoid and fantastical can use Royal Hair coupons but don't quote me on that one lol.
