they dont come with pot but they do some with better stats slightly than from neville
It comes with epic potential alright, if you use epic potential scroll on it
My barrel that I got from the event for free had potential and it was pretty good to say the least.
They do not come with potential.
No, all they have is an extra 2 att/m.att compared to the ones bought from Neville.
I don't think they come with potential at all to be honest
