Basils timezone changed?

Ok so I have a schedule with the timezones of like maple, basil and all that stuff..
I myself am european (idk if that matters or not).
And basil used to be 7hours behind my timezone,
but now it states that basil is only 1 hour behind my timezone O.o
Is this a bug just occuring to me or is anyone else noticing this too?
Currently its 23:23 (11:23PM) my time which should be 16:23(4:23PM) basils time, but its at 22:23(10:23PM)

Hmmm.. o.o

Since the massive downtime a few days ago, the time zone changed. No official word from Mr.Basil about it though.
