I recall someone mentioned about the typhoon feathers being different and not working. I never tested it though
They honestly just should not have changed the phantom forest to begin with. Just my opinion though.
Probably not, since the original feathers needed didn't have a level attached to them, plus they were untradable. These ones are Lv130 and tradable.
But then again, I haven't heard of anyone trying yet.
