with RED paladins get a new skill
Parashock Guard: Reduce your defense and Guard rate by 20% while giving party members around you (not including yourself) 20% damage reduction and Guard rate as well as increasing your attack by 20. On/off skill. (max level: 10)
so my question is, can a paladin give this to another paladin?
and can u cast this skill without a party just to gain the attack bonus?
and if a paladin can give this buff to another paladin, can the paladin who recieved this buff, leave party or area to recast it to him/herself?

I'm pretty sure auras doesn't stack.

1) I think so, if the other paladin doesn't have it on
2) Yes
3) I think it works as an aura, so that may not work
