If you want to keep playing but don't want to start over with a new account, make sure the email with this account is secure and change the password to the likes of what I had suggested in the last post, this goes the same for your ms password too. Once you made the password as I posted, the hackers won't be able to crack it easily.

Yes you were hacked, most guessed the hackers were meso/nx sellers looking for more "source", they won't delete your chars as they are counting on you will need to buy from them to replace the missing items.
