DiPQ and Evo Lab are really good places. If you have good cores for your level then you can do Evo Lab first, but remember that the max level the monsters can be is 160, so later it might not be as good.

DiPQ all the way! (Dimensional Invasion Party Quest. It's found in those Dimension Mirrors in towns like Henesys)
Also, I hate MP3 and Evo Lab because I have to spam potions and buff for stance, I just go Romeo and Juliet PQ with HS and a Kanna.
Easier for the braindead grinder like me :L

You should go to Dimensional Invasion PQ from levels 140-165. There's a daily limit of 10 PQ's per day so afterwards you can go to Evo World using the 30% pop, +7 lvl core and 5x hp for max EXP. If you're still not lvl 165 which you may not be and still have time on your EXP Coupons, go to RnJ / MP3. Hope this helps you out with training faster.
