Which? Is puppet even useful?
4th job skill has Elite Puppet which requires maxed sp requirement (15) Puppet from 3rd job.
The end result would look like this once I get it to lv 120.
Concentrate 20 Maxed
Puppet 15 Maxed
Inferno 20 Maxed
Phoenix 20 Maxed
Strafe 20 Maxed
Evasion Boost 10 Maxed
Drain Arrow 11/20 NOT MAXED
Mortal Blow 15 Maxed
Arrow Rain 20 Maxed

Yes, as a ranger you were not suppose to max strafe, since hurricane off the bat is better.
Not supposed to max strafe?...
