Not getting Dojo gloves

So ive been in the top 50 for about 5 days straight and I have not received my dojo gloves...
anyone else having this problem?
my friend in the guild who was a couple mins slower got his and i got nothing...
i did have dojo gloves but they expired yesterday
and i still didn't get another set today...
anyone else have this problem?
anyone know how i can fix it ..?¿¿
