Tinker Quest or upgrade?
Hey guys, I just got a green tinker belt and I still have 2 more boxes. I'd like to know if it would be better to upgrade it or should I redo the quest and get one randomly since upgrading has a chance to derank my belt.

Can only get it if you have Tinkerer Chests. If you do, talk to NPC Yulia.
