Where to get Dark Coins
I'm a level 95 Cannoneer that can do about 75k damage in 1 - 2 sec. I would like to know where I can farm dark coins. I want maps that gives good exp, not hard to kill and has a big spawn rate. Right now, I get around 130 coins in 15 min. Thanks!

We have lots of events that KMS doesn't that sort of follow this rule.

Not true. Masteria and Singapore monsters don't drop. As for Zipangu, I'm not sure, but I don't think so.
I'm not showing off my damage or anything. I just want to get more coins and level up trying. I'm asking since I've heard that people get 200 in 10 min or so.
Get a pet and loot off hackers at pirates.
Every monster drops them, regardless of your level. Screw the exp and go look somewhere with massive spawn.

Your title is very misleading.
Just hunt monsters around your level, with a good spawn. Although if you want to farm these tokens you would usually not worry about the EXP you get.
I would say Roids in Magatia slightly lower level but really good for dark tokens
