For general bossing: drop a wingbeat, giga slash once or twice, drop a new one, tempest blades when off cooldown. For Gollux, drop Stone Dragon and Inferno Breath on ends to kill mobs coming in, use rush skill, I forget name to dodge breath and hands, and do the above. For mobbing, drop Stone Dragon and Inferno breath in heavily populated platforms. Rush + Blade Burst. Ancestral Prominence to mix things up every once in a while. For DIPQ/Evo World: spam Blade Burst.

Depends on what you're doing and which job you're talking about. Generally for 1st to 3rd job you just spam your auto attacks and use the key combos to heal hp For 4th job you use blade burst for AOE mobbing and Giga wave for bossing.
