How is that a "hacked item"? It's just a very rare circumstance.
It's even possible to get Decent Sharp Eyes on the last line of an Epic glove (level 120+).
I would've thought it was a hacked item?
The level of the potentialed item is determined by the 1st line. Meaning that though it is a low chance, there can be rare shoes w/ 9% potential. Also, this has been in broa for about 3 months (same guy, same store)
