Critical of Dark Shock?
The skill says it increases critical rate by 15%. does that mean permanent 15%? or when a monster is hit with dark shock, 15% of crit is added to it?
silly question. just needs some clearing up ;P

Just dark shock itself
so the next attacks on monsters hit with dark shock is 60% crit?
It would give you a 60% crit rate using dark shock
