Id already logged in Compensation?

So I had the "ID already logged in" glitch for the past few weeks, missed Legendary Hot Time, etc. What I want to know is if there is going to be compensation for this error. I read that since there were so many d/c problems (no surprise) that anybody logged in during Hot Time would receive another box. So what about the people that couldn't log in? Would we also recieve the Hot Time box, or anything at all? Im was on vacation, and still ATM, but had the time to post this, so don't say go check the website, or log into the game and find out.
