I thought they only came from the NPC in CRA bosses, these potions can come from RA bosses?
All the ones in gazed are always like 800m+ but no one ever buys them for that much.

Yeah they are nice, funny I got two when they first came out and used them to "cube" oh the ignorance of moments like that

In Scania, black stars are sold for 600m
After you've killed a ra boss there's a small chance a npc spawns in with a store, in there you can sometimes find those kinds of potions.
