Troubles sleeping

Can anyone give me some advice to go to sleep? I usually go up to bed at 4 am in summer and weekends because I don't feel tired, sometimes I go up at around 5:45. Then I end up sitting in my bed for 1-2 hours and once it starts to look blue outside thats about when I go sleep. Usually that happens around 6:30-8. Then I wake up at 12 and sit in my bed for another hour cause I feel too tired to get up.

Make yourself sleep 30 minutes earlier everyday until you hit your desired sleeping routine? I'm currently doing this but I sometimes eff it all up because my dad randomly brings me Starbucks when he comes back home from work and the temptation rules over me. I end up sleeping at 5 and wake up to a day of feeling extremely sluggish even though I slept like a gazillion hours. Who knows, this might work for you.

If u compromise and work up a steady sleep schedule I promiise you ud get sleepy around the same time every night and wake up a similar time too. Now I knoww its summer and if u dont enjoy now and not sleep then when can you? But a regular sleeping pattern does more than u think
Now ofc there are all the other aspects like dont have too much caffeine in the evening, lessen the sugar at night, avoid citrus-y fruits that wake u up etc etcc
To help sleep u can try listening to calming music as u relax in bed and try to sleep in darkness (dont keep the light on man just get up and switch it off I swear ull feel so much better) have a cup of warm milk? Any other routines that make u sleepy like brushing ur teeth? I DUNNO DRINK HOT COCOA? just think good thoughts and dont stress over lame stuff u dont need to be stressing over. Stop overthinking, she doesn't like you anyways. On to the next one. Plenty of fish in the sea bro. Stop being so insecure. Just sleep it off, sleep's such a great escape :') and uh yeah thats what I could think of off the top of my head in under 2 mins hope this helped SOMEHOW .
