Internet speed is so slow all of a sudden
My internet speed in the past week has been bad at time but for almost all of today its been not even hitting 1MB/s and I get 193 ping. Does anyone know why this might be? I doubt I'm getting D DOSED, but I don't want to rule out that possibility. On speed test I usually get around 19.62MB/s down and 5.52MB/s up with 29 ping when my internet isn't being extremely slow. It also takes forever to load up a 45 second YouTube video.

The easiest thing to do as a quick check is to reset your MODEM by unplugging the power cord from the back, waiting a few seconds, then plugging it back in.
A lot of people have a combination modem/router, but if you're on a cable broadband setup, you may have a separate modem which connects directly to the cable TV cable, and a separate router with the WiFi antennas on it. If that's the case, it's the modem you want to reset.
Resetting it like this will make the modem re-connect to your ISP and hopefully obtain a better connection.
If the problem persists, call the ISP and tell them what's happening. With cable broadband they might have to come to your house to run signal level tests.
You do know ISP's do checks sometimes at night? This will cause lag, etc.
I'd suggest running virus/spyware/malware scans. Where are you from and who is your ISP? I experienced the same problem for about a week, and ran some scans, found 2 infected files which shouldn't have been related, but removed them and talked to my ISP about slow downs but they wanted to run isolation tests on my PC so I said nah and my internet was back to normal in like 2-3 days.
