I have never laughed more about something in computers
So my friend was playing Crusader Kings 2, and in the middle of the game it supposedly froze on him. He said he turned it off after waiting for an hour for it to unfreeze. Then he shut it off, he didn't want to wait nor he does know much about computers. He brings in his laptop to school the next day and asks me to look at it, and said there was a problem. I opened it up and turned it on, I was treating to some text that said it could not find a bootable media. At this point I asked what he did, and he told me the story. So I tried opening the BIOS and it was unbootable, that gave me an error. So, before I put the clues together, I attempted a factory restore. I pressed the factory restore button, it gave me a BIOS error, and it shut off.
So then I sat there for 10 minutes and laughed at him calling him a tard. He clearly did something else that he doesn't realize.
....Does this make me a terrible person?

Well, considering you don't seem to know anything about computers either, I'd say you were about even.
So, is he going to take his computer to someone who can actually fix it..?
