Tyrant equips are their own equips. They have no set bonus, but are very good. Tyrant equips include the cape, shoes, belt, and recently gloves. Each class has their own name for tyrant equips. The names go like this:

-Hyades = Warrior
-Charon = Bowman
-Hermes = mage
-Lycaon = thief
-Altair = pirate

Now if you're wondering where these names play in, you can fill them in the spaces that I type as "___"
-Tyrant ___ Cloak = cape
-Tyrant ___ Gloves
-Tyrant ___ Belt
-Tyrant ___ Boots

Tyrant equips are so good be cause of a few reasons
-They're the second highest potential tier, yielding the second greatest possible %stat per line
-Theyre superior equips, meaning when you use enhancement scrolls on them, they will give more stats, and can actually grant attack.
-Their base stats are pretty good

In terms of what you should be getting with only 1.5b, only worry about the cape.
-The shoes are very expensive
-The belt is out of your price range
-The gloves are expensive, and not good unless you're very funded.

In broa, you can get a warrior tyrant cape with potential for 1b-1.1b
By looking at the scania fm, it seems you can get one in scania for 900m-1b.

Now lets talk about CRA equips. These equips have a set bonus, which is made of of a hat, pants, top, and weapon. The set bonus is::
2 Items Main Stat +20, HP/MP +1000
3 Items ATK +50, HP/MP +10%
4 Items Boss +30%

CRA is so good because
-It gives high amounts of stats
-The set is very small
-The items in the set still allow the use of all 3 good tyrant equips, and dojo gloves.
-Instead of having an overall like most upper tier sets, it has a top and bottom, allowed you two scroll and potential two items for stats, instead of just one.

CRA equips are classified based on class, and equip.
First, lets talk about the class names. [b]These class names only apply to the top, bottom, and hat.[/b]
-Warrior
-Ranger = bowman
-Dunwitch = Mage
-Assassin = Thief
-Wanderer = Pirate

i dont think marvel is the reason why cra is cheap atm, but anyway. Here in broa you can get a tyrant cape and full cra for 1.6b approx, rein belts and pendants are quite cheap and as for the ring and earrings, those you can get em yourself

With 1.5b you could probably get a full cra set clean since the marvel machine caused the items to drop in prices. With the remaining you might be able to get a few reinforced gollux pieces. You definitely want to have the tyrant cape, but with only 1.5b you won't have enough after cra since tyrant capes for warriors are about 750m right now.

The warrior CRA equips are a little more expensive than the other classes (just not mage pants lol), but you could get the full set with that.

You can only get a 4 set emp at max if you're using a full RA set, but Tyrant cape will replace the Emp cape, and 3/2 set Emp isn't worth anything.

CRA Equips have a set effect from top, bottom, hat and weapon. So yeah, they work with Tyrant equips and Gollux stuff. The outfit shouldn't cost much more than 500m if you're planning on cubing yourself.

They're obtained from fighting Chaos Root Abyss bosses. You could probably pick them up in the FM. In CYMK, they're relatively cheap, since Scania is larger, I assume they're cheaper. (Maybe?)
