What items should I buy?
I have a new phantom and can get about 1 bil funding (sry not a pro). What are the best items I could buy to maximize my dmg with these items? (also yesterday i randomly got a wabr in the gacha first try wtf?) but ya help me out guys thanks!

There is easy, normal, and hard mode. (Also he'll, but don't even think about that till you're cappin)
Easy mode is what you'll be concentrating on if you have anywhere from 20-100k range I think.
Just try it a couple times and kill each major body part.

Gollux (a boss) is the one where you get the equips I mentioned previously. You have to kill him and hoard its coins in order to buy the earrings and the ring.
what exactly is the reinforced set? I haven't been on in a while. How would I go about getting the rings and earrings by myself?
Reinforced set (get the earrings and ring by yourself), RA set if your phantom is above 150. The set effects from both sets will boost your range.
