Cause my dagger is 380 att when Fafnir can only get 359 and speed boost is also good for daggers. ^^ Mainly more att, faster (for daggers) and one number better on potential ^^
Removes a star but keeps the stats and transfers all the stats / scrolls slots over. For example 12star 8 slot Fafnir -> 7 slot Sweet Water = 11star +8 Sweet Water but keeps the stats that lost star adds so you can enchance it again.
Personally, I've been scrolling perfect utgard kataras and giving them to a few friends so they can transpose, since they're 10 slots and easy to get, and make very nice kataras when transposed. Only downside is that the kataras become fully untradeable after they are transposed.

Unfortunately is keeps the legendary potential rank but not the actual potential so you still need to cube
