Best cheap Magician shields?
I currently have a clean 3rd unwelcome guest magicians shield. I don't think that's very good. Whats a good magician shield I can get for less than 100m? Or should I stay with my current shield? I'm planning on cubing the shield to get % boss

@Fryber : Those crafting shield are untradeable but its worth it since they can get 3rd tier which as good as any other +100 shield.
You also craft a 100+ shield if you have the raw materials.

Unless they changed it again there is sort of like an invisible tier at level 100 for shields/secondaries to get the most %boss and potentials of the sort. So, @XLegendAranX get a Last Unwelcomed or VIP shield for the most possible %boss.
