The amazing quotStorage Glitchquot
So as you guys all know, Broa, Bellocan, and Nova crashed like 20 million times today. I was transferring my items through the storage in FM (did this about two times?). The first time went well, got my items, cool. Second time, the servers were still crashing, but I needed to transfer some more equips (bfc, specs, belt, evo2 ring = appx 9b worth of stuff, not going to type out the stats because h8rs 'gon h8). The items were there in my storage when I relogged onto my main, but then the servers decide to crash again for like the maybe 6th time realistically counting. When we all logged back in, I was looking for my stuff and realized they're gone. People told me that it was rolled back and disappeared from that, but then I looked it up on more threads and apparently it's a storage glitch that basically eats up your equips if you crash too much or some crap. Well, I was eager to go try out my new HYPER SKILLS but noooo. Nexon just can't keep up with their servers and who knew how many times Broa was going to crash. So, pissed off, I sent a ticket, asking what they could do about it.
The response I received:
"Hello, I am sorry to hear that this happened to you. I understand how upsetting this is, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you.
I understand that you worked hard to obtain the item that was lost. Unfortunately, we are not able to verify the loss of the items or recover the lost items.

Dear Nexon.
THIS is why there are so many DDoSers and hackers in your game. You treat your loyal/legit players like crap, so they turn on you.

TLDR;
Try to avoid using storage, ask a trusted friend or a family member to transfer for you through the trading system. But don't take my word for that either 'cause maybe some glitch might pop up there too.

Well you OBVIOUSLY KNEW the servers were crashing and acting up. That, and you've read stories about the storage glitches and etc. If you knew servers are unstable, then don't go into storage and don't do item trades like that until servers are stable.
It is Nexon's fault for not having stable servers. But it is also your fault for not waiting for stable serves, obviously knowing servers are crashing.
Trial and error. I guess be careful.

I'M SO MAD STILL but w/e -.- I already got most of the items back by buying new ones, but still ....... the thought of it makes me sad that I could have spent those mesos on something else -_-

@whotookmycookie: A rollback would revert the servers back to this morning before they released the patch. This thread she made was back in April, meaning it happened to her two months ago. Unfortunately nexon won't do anything about it and the rollback won't affect her in any way.

They don't trust anyone and they're just greedy. Takes two seconds to type a command and give compensation but they can't even do that ~~
and if it's really not that easy, then p servers were 100x better, three years ago.

I thought they were done crashing by the 3rd one, so I started to transfer but NOPE
What if you just dropped your items on the floor and then you told nexon that it was gone cuz of storage glitch? How would Nexon tell?
Seemed pretty obvious that if the servers were crashing like crazy earlier that there was a maintenance to fix it to be had anyways. Could have waited a bit.

Why....why would you continue to use storage when the servers are crashing. I am sorry for your loss and it sucks that your hyper experience is ruined...but why !

Never ever use storage during times when the servers may go down...as many threads have shown already.
