Merchanting with 3bil and a Pile of Junk

Hi all, long time player here. I basically have accumulated a pile of junk that I wish to turn into more mesos for myself but I don't know how or where to start. I don't even remember how I got my mesos in the first place. But, my inventory is as follows;
