Is there even a point to Ultimate Adventurers?
Hey all, just wondering what the current and future looks like for Ultimate Adventurers. To me, they are a waste of time. Not only do you have to play outdated classes with poor mobbing skills for 120 levels, they also have reduced inventory space. Sure, the Cygnus ability and ability to wear equipment 10 levels before the requirement, but those features seem largely useless for the most part. I currently have a level 60 Mihile but training is so slow that I don't want to continue and just make a regular Adventurer now.

UA skill's helpful in a few situations but that's about it.
Everyone gets a Mihile/KoC to lvl 120 anyways for the blessing.
Might as well make a UA.

I was doing netts with a UA and I saw how bad he was.. "poor sap" I thought.
First off, 24 w. att/m. att on empress blessing is one of the best things to have, so getting a Cygnus to 120 is definitely not bad.
Second, a few explorer classes actually make good use of their UA skill. The first few that come to mind is UA Thieves (free drain for pot CD bosses) and UA F/P Mage (I believe the DoT on flame gear increases Mist Eruption's damage along with extra DoT).
As for decreased HP and inventory slots, I thought Nexon released a patch last year that increased the health/mana of all UA's to that of a normal explorer.
Also UA's get the little spirit summon which adds a minuscule amount of damage.
The alternative to a UA is completing the Empress' Might quest line on a normal explorer, which is a pain in the butt given how low the drop rates are for the items and how you have to do it 5 times to get max level skill.
You also get a nice attack boost on all characters for having a 120 cyg. When UAs were released my cyg was already 120 so I figured might as well. It's always nice to have an extra attack, and for a super slow lvling class like pages, having a nice mobbing skill really moved training along.
