Back on Maplestory after a long break. And I mean long
So it's been a few years since I played this game. The drastic change seems overwhelming and I can't seem to catch up with everything.
I was wondering if someone could give a brief rundown of the new updates, any tips and hints, prices of items now and any other general info about the game.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've recently been on for almost a month after 3 years and boy was it overwhelming. I still can't get some of this extra potential crap, be eh, I might be slow on things. Believe it or not, new jobs have actually come and left in the time you were gone. But don't fret the best job's are yet to come (luminous, kaiser, angelic buster). Anyhow, tips i can suggest is to just browse fm or atleast take a little time out to get used to the new prices. And did i forget to mention, leveling has become a heck of a lot more easier. New 4th job skills called hyper skills are on their way. 4th job has recently been changed to lev 100, 3rd job to lev 60. New skills for every class. MAJOR REVAMP in exp%, boss hp, pq's, maps, cash shop, more stuff i can't remember. New scrolls, miracle cubes, potentials - (this stuff ull have to look up to understand). There's like empress equips that if u have a certain number of a set, u get extra bonuses, like for example 30 att bonus for all 6 empress equips (hat, glove, weapon, etc.) Umm trying to think here.., Oh yes, secondary stat requirement has been recently removed. Zak is easy to kill now. PRICES HAVE GONE UP LIKE NUTZZ. Things are worth in the BILLIONS now, yes the one with the "B" (thanks to potentials). The world has gotten bigger (obviously). You cant drop stuff in fm anymore (no more crzy drop games in fm, lol!). Everyone now trains at like aliens (new monsters), lev 90, 3k exp, from lev 90 to like 110ish, and then LHC (lion heart caste in el nath), to like 170 I believe,- i dont know after that cuz I'm not there yet lol. You get the point, everyone basically trains here because of the huge exp. No variety anymore. AND YES, people hit max damage+ now (thanks to potentials, again). INstead of just zak helms, thers like chaos zak helm which is better (and chaos other stuff from other bosses u missed). In Short you've missed alot. Some stuff i don't even know. This is just the beginning of a long list.......
