Has anyone confirmed the 20k maple points for returning accounts upon reaching level 60?

I think they changed the returning player gifts to not give the 20k anymore. because i logged on to some old mules at different dates
mule 1 had a lv 120 chars and it got the 20k and that was a month ago
mules 2-4 had 0 lv 60+ chars and did not get the 20k and that was around 2 weeks ago
how does this works. Irreverent like a month ago from a 3 year break. was it an event?

You get it regardless of level. Using it on the other hand for [b]some[/b] CS purchases require level 60.. Clothes and pet do not require being level 60.
