Most efficient low/unfunded Adventurer Class?

Hi!
I'm returning after a long hiatus with some friends. We're all starting new in Scania. I really have no idea what Adventurer classes are considered 'good' anymore, as I didn't follow anything after RED.

Any recommendation on what class to choose that does sufficient damage with minimal funds (besides Bishop, I'm already considering that)? Built-in sustain is a plus, too.
If all adventurer classes are weak, what other class is recommended?

As a person who mains an Aran, I would have to say that what we gain in life steal and sustain (thanks to combo drain) we horribly lack in HP; we have the lowest HP compared to other warrior classes (as far as I can remember). Our defense is also low until we get to 4th job
One other thing I find great, though this can be debated, is that Arans can attack a lot faster now and they have a "double jump" like every other class. Though, due to a recent revamp, we can't use Overswing + Final Blow + Beyond Blade anymore but we can now hotkey most of our attack skills (costs combos to use them but still better than nothing).

As for Drks, I only have a level 114 and they are fairly durable and somewhat similar to Arans. What they have in their favor, however, is that they can hit harder, have better defense, and higher HP. However, this is just me saying, they can hit a bit slow. They also have a "death defying" 4th job passive, which is cool, too.

They're all bad without funding.

DrK or Paladin. Why don't you keep your Bucc? And Jetts are NOT the most defenseless class in the game lol. Common misconception, way less squishy than an NL or Dual blade.

@xsoccerpenguin: Haven't touched my Aran for a while(He's only 60 compared to my 102 DrK). I cannot say much so you have to find someone else who plays/mains one.
Just know if you were to start in a new server, you should have 3 character slots. Technically you can try them, but it's all up to you.

Also for bishop, They are pretty cool, but I'm not used to bossing with mages so I end up dying often. Their support skills are superb though.

Paladin. Great low funded damage, and its a tank. Great animations between swords and maces. give it a try.
They are iffy, but you don't use mp pots after 3rd job. 5% hp/mp regen every 5 seconds helped me save those mp pots + kaio ken uses energy not mp when charged.

F/P hits hard as well, but the first 2 jobs are slow. Dark Knight is also a good one, you get to regenerate your hp and your damage is partly based on your HP.

Demon Avengers are also good (NOT ADVENTURER THOUGH), only requiring hp and hp% gear to get range. If you know how to use hp% set effects, you should get high range with low effort.
Dark Knight is probably your best bet. If not, you could try F/P or Bishop, however Bishop is quite hard to train until 3rd job. You could also try Bucc or
Cannoneer or even Jett, but Jett's are extremely squishy if not the most defenseless class in the game.
