Average time for Top 50 is ~25-30 min. Top 10 is usually less than 12 minutes depending on the day and how many pro people dojo.
Yeah I received both of these at the same time. Like.. both at once within the same second. Notice the expiration date.
You can get it weekly. If you got one on Sunday, you can get another one on Monday. You can only get one of each glove each week though.

Meaning within the very same time period of when Dojo Ranks get counted.
For example, getting two gloves at 11:50 instead of one, is what she meant.
