What are multiple ways to make money besides Bossing now a days?
What's the best way to earn 10th Anniversary Coins?]
Is there an event to farm right now for Mesos or Good items?
What is the best way to earn Reward points?
Has anything really drastic happened in the last 5 months?

There's now elite bosses which are bosses that spawn every 15-20 elite mobs that you can farm to make money, takes a few hours to spawn a boss and an elite mob spawns every so often.
Most of the ways to get 10th anniversary coins have passed and now we're in that lul where you can get 98 coins max and you've missed out on maybe 40 of them.

Star planet (mini game area) or bossing in general.
idk what you consider drastic and I don't keep a timeline of what happens.
Can't really answer the other questions, but personally, doing the daily Star Planet quests is the best for reward points. You should get at least 1k daily with those quests
