that said, the hat has black in it, while your outfit has little to no black.

If you're aiming for navy captain, why not just get the sailor hat?

The entirety of your outfit is close enough to random. Find a theme and work from there or just pick whatever hat you want since it won't change the current avatar in any appreciable way.
