You don't need a gaming pc for just maple.

CPU :Intel Pentium g3258 Anniversary Editon - including HD 4000 graphics.
RAM :at least 4 gig ram
Mobo : Msi pc mate z97, if u wanna OC your pentium
Drive: Crucial BX100 250g SSD
PSU : Corsair 430w
Case : Corsair 100r

im guessing this would be around 450$. if you wanna upgrade, get a 8 gigs ram and a Gtx 750ti.
the HD 4000 graphics will be much more than enough to run Maplestory.

Intel core i3 any generation
4GB Ram any DDR your mother board of choice supports
Windows 7 or 8.1, 32 bits

How much hard drive space do you want?
