Which Thief Explorer is the most fun and does decent damage?
Hi Basilers, I was planning to make a explorer Thief character and was intrested in decently funding one of these classes. I was considering DB because they do a decent amount of damage but im also aware funding one would cost a lot. Shadowers seem cool and I dont know if they do a decent amount of damage and all but they seem fun. Night Lords i know they are kinda hell to fund but it is also a fun class despite claws costing a lot. Assuming I have around 100%luk with a decent weapon for each class (and katara for DB), how much damage would I do and which one is the least likely class that I would be bored from. I also have all link skills level 2! If you can also describe the playing style of each class it would be greatly appreciated (ex. which skills to 1v1 and mob). Thank You for your time!

With the new patch coming for shadowers, their bossing should be significantly better. Other than that, shadowers are the easiest to fund with one of the most damage output.
NL have always been my go-to class. The very first revamp (although it helped by giving them more mobing capabilities) made me less inspired to play, because back then TT was god. But if you don't have nostalgia holding you back, then I think NL would be the best. Stars won't be that expensive, and all luk% are expensive anyways so you'll probably get the most bang for your buck out of NL. They are also the best at bossing if you have high enough HP (Which should be the case with a deck of character cards and Link skills)
Shadowers are hardest imo. Our mobility isn't that great compared to NL & DB's but we have great survivability.

Shadowers are easiest to fund, I striped my shadower with only the von leon dagger and still able to hit 500k+ without buffs

any class is fun when you have funds
but i personaly love the db game play
i dont rlly like shadowers after their revamp
the old shadower was beast thats for sure
and NL is the same as db when it comes to dmg although its harder to survive as NL
and the only reason db is hardest to fund would be the katara scrollin other then that their really not much
harder to fund then NL / Shad ~ shads do hit op dmg tho with low funds ~did anyone understand wat i just said lol
Maybe because my shad is pre-pirate, but my health and mana pool is extremely low compared to most of my toons. And, in all honesty, I can't stand my shad at this point. I used to love and idolize it, but I feel like they're just weak now (In mobbing, especially)
My shadower is 163 with a 390k range. I have fun playing it. NL I feel get more expensive cause the stars. But once you get a decent dk and dagger your set. DB's cause a lot lol
Out of all, DB has the highest potential with great funding, and if you don't, it doesn't even come close to how OP many people will call it. However, the playing style of it is rather unique with the invincibility frames and unique movements.
I went from my zero ~> DB , and I was disappointed. Dont expect much from DB unless you have crazy funding. Other than that stick with NL or Shad.
Shadowers get boring fast. Trust.
NLs are so common and they spam the same stuff all day though they do some pretty decent damage and training is a lot more efficient. Shadowers have a variety of skills and are getting a huge sinate buff in the future which will increase their overall DPS even more. Finally DB's which everyone thinks is over powered but suck unless you extremely fund them.

Db is most likely the hardest to fund, but imo all thieves are really fun classes. However, I do have bias towards db so I would suggest that. If you don't want to do that i'd say try NL.

Anyway, you can just be a damage hore or a cool guy. DB is pretty much the hardest to fund so option is out. NL easiest to fund and can easily do more damage with no funds compared to the other classes but too common. Shadower is pretty much a NL but close ranged but does some super heavy damage.

NL is probably the easiest to fund tbh.
