Does the % come from your base stat or your overall stat(base + equips)?

Don't do secondary %s.
so does it matter if i get +luk or +dex equips as a sin? gonna get luk % a bit after

% equips are overall
Overall, but the % stats are all added together before applied, not one at a time.
[Base + (Base * MW%) + Equip] * (Sum of %Stat)
^I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
