Depends on what you're bossing, mercs would be the best at single-mob bossing such as scartarg but db would be the best at mob bossing like zak
With a lot of funding merc and DB are the best
More hits per second= more potential
@xuberfayt: although it would've far too good if the Spirit Surge wasn't changed in KMST (heal %) and yes, the Water shield, and some passives

- Ignis + Ancient Warding = Evasion (although not 100%, 40% is still nice) plus Unicorn added with Ishtar Ring
(Not mentioning Defense Break, AFA and Mastery)
Wild Hunter and Mechanic is quite out of options for now,
idk about DB
dual blade
A funded dual blader (unlike myself...)
30% damage on boss - dagger
30% damage on boss - katara
25% critical - sharpness
Etc, etc, the list goes on.
