I saved up 400 coins and I'm wondering which is worth it? I mean... obviously the SW but what about availability and such?

Since SW's eye accessory is not part of the set and is forever trade-locked, I would probably go for Evolution Sunglasses.

If there's anytime to do it, it would probably be now. I saw a 3 line epic eye accessory sell for 700mil in the market today. They're only going to get cheaper as more people gather coins.
EDIT: totally misread your post. If you're willing to part with the coins, I would say go for the monocle. Be warned that if you want to do some transposing, you may find yourself short on coins.
