Whats wrong with being a Girl Scout?

I am a freshman in highschool, and I've been a Girl Scout since I was in first grade. It's cookie season here, so I've been helping out selling the cookies at cookie booths, and people from school see me, then laugh at me for being a Girl Scout. I am not the oldest Girl Scout in my troop, there are a few seniors in highschool in my troop, and they will go around and sell cookies at school with no problem.

Scouts actually sell cookies? I thought that was just something that movie makers made up, lol.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. One of my best friends is still a girl scout and she is a junior in high school.
People should be praising you guys since it's cookie season. Frozen Tagalongs are soooo good. <3

Nothing is wrong with it. It's a great organization and Thin Mints are amazing. Keep on being awesome.

@xxLunaLuvxx: Why you say? They jelly of yer cookies
And they are called girl scouts... Not womanly scouts? lol I am not sure why teens act like this. Just shove cookies in their faces to make them shut up

highschools where i learned to laugh along with the people, even if i did something downright embarrassing like farting in class we'd just have a good laugh. In the end we're all friends

@BooBooHealer But it's not just me, this girl in my Spanish class got laughed at for asking the teacher if she wanted to buy cookies after class.
@Zain321 Yeah, I don't really care, but I'm just wondering why?
edit: @MeChibi Nopee. Sorry
@DrHye Mainly Freshman and Sophomores, I see what you mean, it's mainly the people who are a bit dull.

Nothing. High school kids that have nothing precious to them can be stupid and not understand what it feels like to be part of something you truly enjoy.

But to top it all off, you're a freshman, meaning (I assume) it's mostly/all freshmen giving you a hard time. They're probably really immature overall but will mature a bit more as you go on in high school. The further you go in high school, the friendlier people seem to be with each other. :I

BooBooHealer brings up a good point too At the end of the day, you've got the goods. >: D

well I guess people think it is only for young kids, but the Scouts need people from all ages.
Try not to react to their mockery and maybe have a friend around so you don't feel so vulnerable to them.
And.... I could really go for some cookies.
