What i am doing wrong?
So basil i just bought this torpedo 20 skillbook and the game wont let me use it even when my skill is lvl 10 and i already tried with another of these books.

First ss i've seen in a while where someone doesn't have like 800+ to their main stat.
OT: Chances are you already upgraded the skill and you haven't noticed. D:
Did you already pass the book some time ago? hover your mouse over your skill, and if it says Mastery Level 20, then you already passed the book!
