Question about Aviation Liberty
Does the skill cooldown initiate when you first press the button to turn the boosters, or when you turn them off/when the 30 seconds are up? They don't really give you any info on it

In other words it's the same as if you soar on a mount. When the time runs out the mount stops flying, but you can just jump up and fly again. The only difference is that if you stop mid flight you still have to wait the entire 30 seconds to fly again.
I'm going to assume it works like every other skill and therefore starts the cooldown timer as soon as you press the key.
