Crap my friend showed me this the day it came out when getting the entire bundle was only like $1.70, and I forgot to buy it lool. Guess it's my own fault

Uh, no. A little of it goes to charity unless you manually change the sliders when you pay. The default setup gives most of what you pay to the software developers, then some to the charities and some to the Humble Bundle people to run their site. You can change the way your payment is divided up by moving the sliders in the payment section.
It's still a great deal and if you want you can make it all go to charity, but you have to remember to do it.
