Eso questions

so right now im debating on buying ESO so far it looks good but only think it looks likes there is alot of mouse use through, IE the auto att block etc
if anyone is playing it atm, could you confirm that i can change the mouse bindings for attack and block to another key?
i really hate using my mouse when i play games so yeah
and i searched this alot and i cant find an answer to it
